In June 2004 St Mary’s Nursery and Reception classes were inspected by the Office for Standards in Education (OfSTED). The purpose of this inspection was to assure government, parents and the public that the nursery education for funded three and four year old children was of an acceptable standard. The Independent Schools Inspectorate inspected the whole school in October 2001. Again the report received was very favourable.
