The final stretch of this academic year began with our annual Year 2-6 Sports Day, which took place on Tuesday at Parliament Hill Athletics Track.
It was a wonderful day of healthy competition, with girls competing in many sporting events to earn points for their school houses. The weather was not quite on our side, with rain and wind providing a cold backdrop to our usual summer sporting celebration on Hampstead Heath!
Events included track races, relays, long jump, netball throws, a three-legged race, the egg and spoon race and triple jump. Congratulations to all pupils for their hard work and energetic spirit.
We look forward to announcing the overall winner of Sports Day at our upcoming Prize Giving ceremony, and of course we have our EYFS and Year 1 Sports Days to look forward to!
